Free Home Appliance Delivery from Hobart

DELIVERY

For a basic delivery at the rate of $89 for a drop to door no frills delivery to local Hobart based sites. OR the client may allocate for large delivery of $139, which entails delivery, unpacking and taking packaging away, for any out of area deliveries (country of regional), larger type deliveries, such as a full kitchen order and or full bathroom order.

NOTE – we do not remove appliances as part of this service. If this is required, please discuss with me on a case by case basis.

INSTALLATION

At an additional charge. We may be able to assist with the installation of dishwashers washing machines and dryers. This is limited to the Hobart metropolitan area. Elite appliances does not install ovens or any other appliances, however, are happy to recommend professionals who may be able to assist you with this service. For further information on this please speak to your sales consultant asConditions do apply to washer, dryer and dishwasher installations.  Our standard fee for delivery, installation and removal of washing machines, dryers and dishwashers is $179.00

REMOVAL OF OLD APPLIANCES

With the exception of Washing machines, Dryers and Dishwashers (as noted in INSTALLATION), Elite Appliances does not remove and dispose of appliances. Should a removal and service be required, this must be discussed with your sales consultant at point of sale to determine if we are able to assist in some way. Additional fees may apply.

SAFETY

Safety must always come first in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety laws. As a result we ask that you give us as much detail prior to delivery on any hazardous obstacles at your home or building site, or whether there are stairs or multiple stories involved in getting your items into your home. If our delivery drivers get to your home or building site and deem it hazardous to their health or find risk of damaging property or goods then they will be forced to return the goods to Elite Appliances warehouse. Subsequent deliveries to the site will then be invoiced at $35 per delivery. This is also the case if we are on time and nobody is home to receive the goods. To keep your delivery and all others on time for the day, our driver will wait 15 minutes after arrival at your property and attempt to contact you on your nominated phone number.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE FOR SOUTHERN TASMANIA

For deliveries not within these areas our warehouse will liaise with you on how best to get your purchase to you on time and in one piece.

Generally our trucks are on the road from 8:30am-5pm and you are able to allocate a morning or afternoon delivery time. Alternatively we can organise the delivery drivers to call 30 minutes prior, to allow you a chance to be on site to receive the goods and inspect them. Any damage claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery. Elite Appliances retains ownership of the goods until paid for in full.
