Otago Edge is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and seamless collaboration between Delaney & Co, Clever Design, the homeowners, and the team of skilled allied trades and suppliers. In this write-up, we highlight standout features where Elite Appliances went above and beyond, selecting the perfect appliances and fixtures to complement this intricate project.
The Bathrooms
The main bathroom features a 1600mmm black metal brushed Gessi Trame Ceiling Mounted Spout, a unique Italian-made-and-designed faucet that cuts a straight line down from the ceiling into the opulent curves of the freestanding Victoria + Able Barcelona Bath. Gessi fixtures adorn the space, with minimal interruption that complements the In-situ, off-form, white concrete walls and stonework. The Arcisan Plaza Backlit Round Mirror sits effortlessly – as if floating - above the Victoria + Able Barcelona Countertop Basin, while the Brodware Vertical Heated Rails, are a striking blend of practicality and artistry.
These carefully curated finishes extend seamlessly into the various ensuites, harmonising the design throughout the home. The Victoria + Able Kaldera Drop In Bath is a luxuriously private and tranquil addition to the master ensuite.
The Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry
Positioned at the heart of the home, the kitchen seamlessly connects the living and entertaining spaces. The design showcases sleek 'flamed black crown cut' and patterned textured cabinetry with touch-to-open hardware, elegantly housing a Liebherr fridge and freezer, an Asko dishwasher, and an Electrolux self-cleaning pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop. A Neff full steam oven and combination microwave are thoughtfully placed in the butler's pantry.
